1. Service Agreement

By booking our wedding photography and videography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Elite Wedding Vision provides professional photography and videography services for weddings and related events.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event receive a full refund minus the booking fee.

3. Image Usage Rights

You receive unlimited personal usage rights for all delivered images. Elite Wedding Vision retains copyright and the right to use images for marketing purposes. Commercial usage by clients requires written permission.

4. Delivery Timeline

Sneak peek images are delivered within 48 hours. Complete galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks for photography and 8-12 weeks for videography, depending on the season and package selected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or costs arising from our services or any failure to provide services.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue limitations.
